Privacy:
We will not pass your details onto any third party. If you buy via the website we do not get to see your card details. If you purchase by telephone your card details are shredded as soon as payment has been taken. Your name and address is held in our shopping cart for 8 weeks after which it is automatically erased.
Delivery:
Prints are posted either the same working day or the next working day, depending on the time when your order is received. Bone china items are made to order and are normally dispatched in 3 working days. Occasionally a fault develops during the firing and we have to make another. This will delay the dispatch and we will let you know your gift will take a little longer to arrive. We use Royal Mail’s first class post.
Refunds:
If you are not happy with your purchase you may return it for a refund.
